As women, we do more heavy lifting when it comes to aging parents. According to AARP, 34 MILLION ADULTS in the US provide unpaid care for an adult age 50 or older. Of these caregivers, 72% are WOMEN. We are more likely to provide care for MULTIPLE family members and we experience higher levels of stress as a result. Sounds like your life, right?
